As a Game Producer (Senior or Lead) at Kokku Games, you will take on a pivotal role in leading the development of exciting game projects from concept to completion. This position requires an individual who is not only skilled at managing teams and timelines but also passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences. You'll collaborate with various disciplines such as design, art, programming, and quality assurance to ensure that our games meet high standards of quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

Operational Innovation & Metrics

  • Drive operational growth by deeply understanding team dynamics and performance metrics.

  • Actively seek out and implement strategic optimizations to elevate team efficiency and output.

Process Ownership & Evolution

  • Define, execute, and thoroughly document development processes.

  • Share operational results transparently across the organization and actively gather feedback to iterate on existing processes.

Quality-Driven Delivery

  • Maintain a firm grip on deadlines while recognizing that on-time delivery is meaningless without a high-quality end product.

Team Advocacy & Alignment

  • Act as a shield and champion for the team by addressing their concerns, driving retrospectives, and acting on feedback.

  • Connect team achievements to executive milestones, proving success through clear, data-driven reporting.

Operational Discipline & Risk Management

  • Maintain rigorous, highly accurate tracking of project progress.

  • Deliver transparent performance data tailored to your audience, stripped of emotional bias.

  • Proactively identify potential failure points and implement practical mitigation plans to safeguard development.

Collaborative Negotiation

  • Partner closely with Producers to challenge assumptions when necessary, always striving to find balanced solutions that serve the broader project goals.

Managing the Iron Triangle

  • Skillfully navigate the push and pull between budget (including safeguarding team health), product quality, and timely delivery.

Anchored Leadership

  • Serve as a grounded source of assurance for the team. Maintain a calm, analytical demeanor under pressure, communicating with absolute honesty without escalating anxiety or drama.

Decisive Authority

  • Exercise final decision-making power cleanly and swiftly when a compromise cannot be reached naturally, keeping the project moving forward without gridlock.
