As a Product Manager at Kokku Games, you will take on a pivotal role in leading the development of exciting game projects.

This position requires an individual who is not only skilled at managing teams and timelines but also passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences. You'll collaborate with various disciplines such as design, art, programming, and quality assurance to ensure that our games meet high standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the digital merchandising strategy, including building a roadmap that optimizes revenue and engagement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, design, and analytics

  • Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of merchandising and in-game campaigns

  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation across in-game store placements, layouts, messaging, bundling, and pricing

  • Combine creative intuition for great cosmetic design with data-driven validation. Highlight what should be cool and prove that it is

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, LiveOps, E-commerce, or a related field

  • Demonstrated success owning and optimizing digital storefronts, user flows, or monetization systems

  • Strong content and editorial judgment, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend strategic choices

  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests

  • Comfortable using Excel, Looker, or similar tools to analyze and visualize data

  • Strong communication and organization skills to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related discipline

  • Experience working on PC, console, or mobile games is a plus

  • Familiarity with creator economies or digital marketplaces
