Job Summary
As a Senior Talent Partner you will be the main HR point of contact for key areas within Kokku, acting as a strategic partner who supports the full employee lifecycle — from attraction to offboarding — with a focus on data-driven decision-making, continuous development, and alignment with business goals.
Your mission is to transform HR into a strategic force by providing consultative support to leadership, driving engagement, and helping build a strong and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Consulting
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, with a deep understanding of the business and the needs of the supported areas.
- Support team structuring and role redefinition in line with organizational needs.
- Conduct HR data analysis (turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, etc.) to guide decision-making.
Attraction & Onboarding - Define recruitment strategies aligned with each team's technical and behavioral needs.
- Coordinate selection processes with a focus on diversity, hiring quality, and candidate experience.
- Implement a structured onboarding process focused on the first 90 days.
Development & Culture - Identify and implement training and development initiatives (technical and behavioral).
- Support leadership, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and engagement programs.
- Conduct pulse checks, stay interviews, and support the performance cycle.
Retention & Offboarding - Conduct retention analysis and planning by team and profile.
- Ensure structured offboarding processes, including feedback and analysis to feed back into the talent strategy.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Solid experience in recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.
- Hands-on and strategic profile with a strong results orientation.
- Clear, empathetic, and influential communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
