We are seeking a Junior Talent Development Partner who will play a strategic role in the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to training, performance management, and career development. Ensuring that our people strategies are aligned with business needs.

As a Junior Talent Development Partner, you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Support the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
  • Conduct recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Deliver engaging onboarding experiences to new hires, promoting early engagement.
  • Implement learning and development initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorships.
  • Assist in managing performance review cycles and career development plans.
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Act as a consultant to managers and employees on engagement, feedback, and development topics.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding, L&D, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the People Operations team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and learning management systems.
  • Understanding of onboarding, learning & development, and talent management processes.
  • Experience or familiarity with recruitment, performance reviews, and training engagement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced of fluent level of english (writen and spoken).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail in managing employee programs and metrics.
